Constructing contracts in a way where you bill every 2 weeks and just keep going so long as the things you are delivering are more valuable then what you’re paying.
Mind the gap! Shorten the amount of time between doing something and getting feedback. Small is powerful. Remember the 80/20 rule. 80 percent of the value is in 20 percent of the features. What are all the things you should be saying No to? Remember your feedback loop!

When building the roadmap be thinking about Outcomes and the metrics you’ll use to track success. Build the metrics into your features (the things that deliver value to customers) to validate.
